Since 2014, we have had the privilege of assisting Hacor Inc., an established airlines catering company at Los Angeles International Airport, in their commitment to Halal compliance. We have recently completed their current Halal certification renewal and awareness training, maintaining over ten years of collaboration.
For this renewal, MHCT performed a thorough audit of the Halal kitchen facility in accordance with the MS 1500:2019 standard. This process affirmed Hacor’s ongoing compliance with global Halal standards, allowing them to securely uphold their certification and satisfy the requirements of a diverse international clientele.
Following the audit, MHCT delivered a focused Halal Awareness Training session. Tailored for airline catering organizations, the training included practical lessons to reinforce optimal practices in sourcing, preparation, and service—empowering personnel to uphold compliance with confidence and clarity.
