MHCT Drives Halal Compliance for Global Catering Philippines

We recently partnered with Global Catering Services Corporation, a premier aviation service provider in the Philippines, to successfully renew Halal certification for their facilities in Manila and Clark.
We conducted focused two-hour Halal awareness training sessions at each location, aimed at the actual implementation of MS 1500:2019 requirements. These courses provided staff with practical knowledge to maintain ongoing compliance in daily operations.
Beyond training, our team carried out comprehensive facility evaluations—assessing Halal kitchen operations against stringent Halal certification requirements and food safety protocols. The outcome strengthens operational efficiency while opening new doors for Global Catering in the rapidly expanding global Halal market.
